What is e-Learning at ADUSTECH?
E-Learning at ADUSTECH is the digital backbone of every programme we teach.
It delivers lecture notes, recorded videos, interactive quizzes, discussion
forums, assignments and grades through one consistent, mobile-friendly
portal — so learning continues whether you are in a Wudil lecture hall, at
home, or travelling between them.
Lecturers use the platform to structure their courses week by week, push out
announcements, track participation and return graded feedback quickly. Students
use it to prepare for class, submit work, track their progress and collaborate
with peers.

Getting started in four steps

Activate your account
Once admitted by ADUSTECH, the ICT unit creates your e-Learning account. Your username is your matric number (or staff ID). Your first password is issued to your university email.

Log in and find your courses
Click Log in at the top of this page. Your dashboard shows every course you are enrolled in this semester — no need to search. New courses appear automatically after course registration closes.

Engage every week
Open each course, read the weekly materials, watch the lecture videos, join forum discussions and complete quizzes on time. Your activity is recorded and counts toward your continuous assessment.

Submit, review, improve
Upload assignments through the Assignment activity. Read your lecturer's feedback and check your running grade from the course Grades page. Ask questions early — the forum is faster than email.

Study on the move with the Moodle app
Your e-Learning site works in every modern browser, but the official Moodle
mobile app gives you offline lecture downloads, push notifications for new
announcements, and one-tap access to your courses.
- Install the free Moodle app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Open the app and enter https://elearning.kustwudil.edu.ng as your site URL.
- Log in with your normal ADUSTECH username and password.
- Tap any course and select Make available offline — you can keep studying with no data.

FAQ
Click the Log in button at the top right. Use your ADUSTECH matric number or staff ID and the password issued by the ICT unit. If you have not yet received an account, contact ict@kustwudil.edu.ng.
Click Forgotten your username or password? on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Once logged in, you will see every course you are enrolled in for the current semester on your dashboard. New enrolments may take up to 24 hours to appear after registration closes.
Yes. The e-learning site is fully mobile responsive. You can also install the official Moodle mobile app and connect it to https://elearning.kustwudil.edu.ng/.
Inside each course, open the Assignment activity, click Add submission, upload your file (PDF, DOCX, ZIP, etc.) and click Submit. You will see a confirmation and can track the status of your submission from the same page.
Open the quiz in your course, read the instructions (time limit, attempts allowed, password if any), click Attempt quiz now and answer each question. Click Submit all and finish when done. If your browser disconnects, re-open the quiz — your answers are saved automatically.
Inside any course, use the course navigation menu and click Grades. You will see every graded activity in that course, your mark and any feedback from your lecturer. For all courses at once, click your profile picture and choose Grades.
For login issues, forgotten passwords, missing enrolments or portal errors, email the ADUSTECH ICT unit at ict@kustwudil.edu.ng. Include your matric or staff number, the course code (if relevant) and a short description of the problem. Responses usually arrive within one working day.
